Judith I. Bridgland & Mairi Clark
We're delighted to be re-open as a gallery and are starting with a new exhibition of paintings by Judith I. Bridgland and Mairi Clark.
Known for her incredibly bold use of colour and texture, Judith’s paintings are bright, energetic and expressive and will make an impact in any room. If you like colour, Judith is one of the strongest Scottish landscape painters in this field. Mairi Clark is a London-trained artist, now living and working in Fife, who we have followed and supported for a number of years. We’re looking forward to showing her work on a larger scale for the first time. Painting in a semi-abstract style, building up, working and taking back layers of paints, Mairi’s paintings are a striking contemporary take on Scottish landscapes.
